Using CYBERLYNK enabled a T&T L3 system in Ireland (Customer Site - Pharma Manufacturer) to fully integrate seamlessly to a Level 2 (L2) Bio packaging Line located in the Italian Vendor FAT location (Vendor Site), which was connected to a second CYBERLYNK. Full L3 ⇔ L2 Integration was completed remotely over the secure CYBERLYNK connection.
Track & Trace systems are traditionally integrated at Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), after equipment delivery. This late-stage integration often exposes issues when project timelines are most constrained, increasing commissioning risk, delaying production start-up, and consuming on-site engineering resources.
